Professors
Our
professors are trained in theology as well as in psychology, and
have studied at various Universities in the Netherlands, Belgium and
the USA.
Drs. Wim Jurg - Founder of Tabitha. He is a pastoral –psychotherapist and senior-supervisor. He has studied theology at the Theological Seminary of Kampen and has studied psychology at the Free University of Amsterdam. He has done further studies in psychotherapy at various institutions, especially the RINO in Amsterdam and Utrecht. He was a former missionary in Italy.
Drs. Geert Hoekstra – He has studied theology at the Evangelical Theological Faculty of Louvain and has a major in missiology and Bible translation. He has also studied pastoral therapy at Tabitha training institute and has been a missionary in Africa.

Tabitha Training Institute is supervised by Tabitha Foundation. Drs. Wim Jurg is the senior-supervisor of the institute. We have recognized registered supervisors for our studies at BA and MA-level. The LVSB institute is responsible for the recognition of supervisors.
