Course
The CPE-course is a three year course in pastoral therapy. The level of studies is Bachelor level. The course consists of 17 required clusters. There are specializations in Child therapy, & creativity and Marriage counseling. During the residence course special attention is given to learning practical skills, learning therapy and supervision. The CPE is a combination of distance learning and a residence course. Attention is also given to learning therapy (group and individual). Supervision is available.
A minimum of 15 hours of supervision is an obligation for graduation. Part of the Supervison can be done by e-mail while abroad. Graduation will follow after having completed the clusters, specialization, thesis, residence course and the traineeship. Advanced studies are recommended for acquiring additional skills as a professional therapist. Part of the study is in residence and part is in the form of distance learning. We consider organizing seminars in the region when possible. The residence course consists of four days of study during two weeks. Full time accomodation is available with private cooking.
